Who is responsible

What we collect

Oops Test: your first name, email address, your answers and your result — only after you tick the consent box.

Orders and bookings: name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send us.

Why we use it

To send you your result and, with your consent, occasional emails about The Stone Method (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

To fulfil orders and bookings (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and meet legal record-keeping duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Who processes it

Our website and database host (Lovable Cloud), Stripe for payments, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us there. Some providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Quiz data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order data as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — just email oxana@oxanastone.com.

You may also complain to a data protection authority.
